What is the minimum order?
Our minimum order $500 for our Australian Made collection, and also $500 for our imported collection. Please note these two ranges cannot be combined to meet the minimum order. If you have any questions about this please contact your sales agent or email wholesale@robertgordonaustralia.com
My order is urgent, can you help?
Please emailsales@robertgordonaustralia.com if you require your order by a certain date. We will always do our best to accommodate urgent orders.
I’m looking for an old range that I can’t see on your website, can you still make this?
If you’re looking for products not in our online store or catalogue, please call our factory outlet on (03) 59413 144. Some old ranges can no longer be made, however if we have the required mould, glazes and/or decals, we can put a special order in for you.
I don’t like providing credit card details online, is there any other way I can order?
